Se remitió el expediente contentivo de la tutela promovida por el ciudadano de la referencia al Juzgado Tercero Civil del Circuito de Tunja para que tramite y decida en forma inmediata, pues el actor de acuerdo a lo dispuesto por el Art. 86 de la Carta y el Art. 37 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, tiene la opción de interponerla “ante cualquier juez” y si así lo hizo ante ese despacho judicial, es a este y no a otro al que le corresponde asumir la competencia para el efecto.
